The free plan is built to be genuinely useful for a team — not a trial. Here's what you get.

- Surveys and recurring checklists. Two content types, one workspace.
- Manual export. Export your data to Excel or JSON on every plan.
- EU hosting. Data stored on Supabase in eu-west-1.
About the email allowance
Collecting responses is always free and unlimited — share your own link, QR code, or embed and gather as many responses as you like. That never counts toward any limit.
The one thing we meter is sending invitation emails on your behalf, because delivering email costs us money. The free plan includes 2,000 emails per calendar month, per account. If you reach it, SurveyBaker simply pauses sending invitations for the rest of the month — your surveys, responses, and data are never touched, and you can keep collecting through your own link, QR, or embed. An in-app meter always shows where you stand, and the count resets at the start of each month.
